Hi, I’m Chris, the owner and certified inspector behind Valor Ridge Inspections.

I graduated with an engineering degree from the University of Pittsburgh and have spent over 10 years working in the construction engineering field. Throughout my career, I’ve been involved in the design, planning, and oversight of residential and commercial building projects, which gives me a deep understanding of how homes are built, how systems function, and most importantly, where problems tend to hide.

My goal is simple: to provide every client with a clear, honest, and thorough understanding of the home they’re buying or selling. I don’t just check boxes, I educate homeowners and help them make confident, informed decisions.
